Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox.

As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur on Thursday 22nd January 2026, for schools in the Sydney region only. The expected outage time up to a total of 30 minutes per school, however this may occur across several short service disruptions as each service is restarted.

Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is to increase resourcing in preperation for the start of Term 1 in Australia & New Zealand.
