Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox Cloud.
As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur on Saturday 4th April 10pm to 11pm AEDT, for schools in the Sydney Clusters 2 and 3 and Singapore regions (this includes customers within Australia & New Zealand on Cluster 2 and 3, and all customers in Asia and Dubai). The expected outage time up to 30 minutes per school, however this may occur across several short service disruptions as each service is restarted. Schools can check which cluster their Schoolbox Cloud instance is hosted on via Schoolbox Admin or the School Details page on My Schoolbox.
Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is to adjust database resourcing across each cluster to upgrade CPU types and capacity
