Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox Cloud.

As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur between 9am and 1pm AEST on Tuesday 8 July for the Sydney Region. Schools in Australia & New Zealand utilising Schoolbox Cloud may experience up to approximately 60 minutes downtime during this window.

Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is updating servers to newer CPU architecture.
