The instances on the Singapore Cluster experienced a 10-minute outage earlier today. This was due to the Singapore Cluster's database overloading following the migration of instances from the Bahrain/Middle East Cluster to the Singapore Cluster as the Bahrain Cluster became unavailable. The resolution was to upsize the database for the Singapore Cluster. All services have been restored. A full post-incident review will be published on Schoolbox Help soon.
