Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox Cloud.
As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur between 8:30pm and 9:00pm AEDT on Thursday 4 December for the Sydney Region for schools on Cluster 3 only. Schools in Australia and New Zealand utilising Schoolbox Cloud who's instances are in Cluster 3 may experience up to approximately 30 minutes downtime during this window. Superusers can check which Cluster your Schoolbox instance is running on via the Status of Services traffic lights in Schoolbox Administration.
Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is upgrading the database CPU type for Sydney Cluster 3 of Schoolbox Cloud.
