Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox Cloud.

As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur on Thursday 12th March 2026 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm AEDT, for schools in the Sydney region only. The expected outage time up to a total of 10 minutes per school, however this may occur across several short service disruptions as each service is restarted.

Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is to adjust resourcing across each cluster to ensure the most appropiate allocation for each resource type.
