Schoolbox is committed to undertaking continual work to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Schoolbox Cloud.
As part of this ongoing work, a scheduled maintenance window will occur at the specified time for the Sydney Region. Schools in Australia and New Zealand utilising Schoolbox Cloud may experience up to approximately 10 minutes downtime during this window.
Staging instances are not affected by this maintenance outage, which is adding additional capacity to Sydney Cluster 2 of Schoolbox Cloud.
